1972 Chevrolet Chevelle Description

It can't be much better than a shinny red Chevelle with black stripes, nice black interior, powered by a strong 454 engine, connected with a Turbo 400 automatic transmission and 12 bolt rear-end, power disc brakes and power steering.

WHAT IS THE HISTORY? The car came from a friend of mine in Kentucky.

HOW IS THE ENGINE? Its a strong 454 with Demon carburater, Accel ingnistion, headers, its detailed nice. I hear no engine knocks or rattles and it runs good.

HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its a good shifting Turbo 400 automatic.

HOW IS THE REAR-END? Its a desirable 12 bolt.

HOW IS THE PAINT? The body is straight to look down the sides, the paint shines good, I see no dents or dings. A couple of places have been touched up with a critical eye. Its upper end driver, looks good, but you can find a tiny defect if you look for it.

HOW IS THE INTERIOR? Good looking black interior, no real wear, I see no cracks or hole, headliner real nice, carpet good, seat covers good, dash pad good, door panels wavy.

HOW DOES THE CAR DRIVE? It is power steering and drives good.

HOW DOES THE CAR STOP? To me it stops good, it is power brakes with disc in front and drums in the rear.

HOW ARE THE TIRES AND WHEELS? Chrome Rally wheels, they do have some pits, the radial tires are good.

HOW IS THE UNDERSIDE? Not show quality, its just a old car look with old metal and some under coating. It does look solid to me, 1 floor bottom has been replaced with the correct metal and maybe some patching on the trunk. The frame looks solid.

HOW IS THE EXHAUST? It has the deep Muscle Car sound with full header and mufflers that look like Flow Master.
