1929 Other Makes Description

1929 Chrysler 4 door sedan, great parts car or restore. Six cylinder motor runs great, starts right up without even using the choke, trans and clutch work perfectly, runs and drives.Incorrect, later model Chrysler radiator installed, missing radiator shell. All seat springs are here.

All the body wood is in place and in good shape on the passenger's sideand could be used as patterns for the missing/rotted woodon driver's side. Doors are in great shape, tub is decent with some bad areas where fenders attach. RR door is not attached as the wood post with the hinges is missing. Front fenders are fair, rears are fair to poor. Hood is super straight and rust free but missing the center piano-type hinge.

Car has nice condition dash cluster in place but not connected. Wood wheels are solid, two tires are very good, two are fair, all hold air. Bumpers are present butattaching clampsare missing.

Gas tank has large rot area but is fixable. Car currently running off small lawn mower gas tank, gravity fed. I have been running the car on a 12 volt battery and coil.In order to avoid damage to the6 volt electrical systemit has been temporarily disconnected.

The serial number on the block: C24483, Silver Dome

Clearly, this is a big project but for a bargain price you could have a beautiful classic 20's sedan when done.

As a donor car, this Chrysler is a treasure trove of scarce, valuable parts.

I do not have a title for the car. Sold with bill of sale only. Buyer responsible for all pick up arrangements and costs.
