Alright! You made it this far, I’ll do my best to list off all the work and repair done to this love bug. The Odometer reads 52,000 miles...and from the look and feel of it.....I ambetting its original

PAINT AND BODY- it was repainted a few years back from lime to red, an exceptional job on the paint from the door jams, under the hood, andunder the trunk lid.The paint does show minimal wear, a few scratcheshere and there and the front trunk handle hasslight chipping.for the mostpart this car is a 10 footer and is extremely flashy

The body has ZERO rust, I have searched for any amount of rust on the car from the heater channels to the floor pans, battery tray, hood, lid, doors..........nothing.... the only light "surface" rust would be on the hinges for the top.....but that's about it. this car was garage kept most of its life and you can certainly tell.

INTERIOR - Most of the interior isoriginal. Original seats, upholstery, visors and headliner. I believe the carpet was replaced with factor grey. Because it is in phenomenal condition. The headliner is shower SLIGHT discoloration in the back next to the rear window, and a few tear marksfrom over the years. Other than that... it is in great condition. The convertible top opens and closes FLAWLESSLY, smooth and easy to do with one person. the canvas top does show minimal wear fromthe age but still looks great.it also looks like the seals ( other than the rear window ) has been replaced. All the windows roll up and down without any effort.

MOTOR- this bug has the Original 1641DP motor, with new condenser, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, points, timing and valves adjusted. The motor is clean and runs strong with a nice set of duel exhaust.

SUSPENSION- I noticed the car just received new tie rods and ball joints making this car drive straight and tight! Tires are still in great condition with 90-95% life.

BRAKES/DRIVETRAIN- the transmission was taken out and inspected and passed with flying colors. With a recent clutch replacement. all the brake pads have been replaced so they have a lot of meat left on them. The clutch and gas cable feel strong with ZERO slop meaning they have been replaced recently.

Am I missing anything???? Probably.

Feel free to email me with questions about the bug.

As for shipping.... it’s all you buddy. But Iwill be here to make sure everything goes smoothly.
